Depending on the size of the car, the packages you choose, the state of the paint, and other factors, the ceramic coating process can take one to three days. The car needs to be prepped and washed first. Correcting all paint flaws, including scratches and swirls, is the second step. Once the vehicle has been properly prepped, a body shop-safe prep solvent will be applied to the entire vehicle to reveal the bare paint. This is when the coating process starts. For the solvents to completely cure and outgas, you should wait 14 days before doing the first wash. During these two weeks, if you notice that your car has water spots, bird droppings, tree sap, etc., remove it right away and follow our care instructions. Remember that the coating is softer during the 14-day period, so work on the paint gently.

Our technicians apply the SunCoat® ceramic coating by hand using a one-inch soft foam applicator, followed by a special nano-ceramic sealant. Annual Inspections and Warranty
Annual inspections, which must be performed by an approved applicator within 30 days before or after the anniversary date of the last service, are necessary to maintain the warranty. Neglecting to complete the annual inspection within the specified timeframe will result in the warranty being voided.
